Return and Refund for Mobile Accessories
- You can raise Return and Refund request by calling our customer support or through E-mail.
- Return and Refund request will be accepted in the following conditions:
- If the wrong product is delivered to you.
- If the defective product is delivered to you.
- All return requests have to be initiated by the buyer within 24 hours of receipt of their parcel.
- Currently, we are not doing reverse pickup in the case of return or exchange, Buyer has to send the product by his own courier. Once we receive the product and after all the verification we will issue the payment.
- It will take up to 3 days for the money to be transferred in your Bank Account for refund initiated through Net Banking (NEFT/RTGS). For the refund initiated through Google Pay/Paytm, the money will be transferred immediately.
